Our Directors

Stuart Martin

I am a proud individual of Black Caribbean descent who carries the rich cultural heritage, values and resilience that have been passed down through the generations.

My Caribbean upbringing instilled in me a strong work ethic, resourcefulness, and a deep appreciation for community.

I am a second-generation businessman following in the footsteps of my father, who owned a building company.

These qualities have shaped my approach to the tech industry, inspiring me to create opportunities for underrepresented voices and contribute to building an inclusive and equitable future.

Passion for Technology

From an early age, my fascination with electronics and gadgets ignited a curiosity that has stayed with me throughout my life. I eagerly explored the inner workings of devices, experimenting and learning through hands-on experiences. This innate curiosity fueled my desire to understand the complexities of technology, leading me to embark on a journey within the tech industry.

In pursuit of my passion, I dedicated myself to gaining relevant knowledge and skills. I pursued formal education in Electronics and Computer science to develop a solid understanding of the principles of technology.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in diverse tech roles, including product development, telecommunications engineering, and senior management roles.

Best Work Experience (Xerox)

The company embraced innovation and encouraged employees to think creatively and challenge the status quo. They provided a platform for new ideas to be heard, fostering an environment that encouraged experimentation and problem-solving. This commitment to innovation inspired me to push boundaries while understanding Intellectual Property and patent designs.

Diversity and Inclusion Advocate

As a person of Black Caribbean heritage, I am actively committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the industry and civil society.

I learned at Xerox to recognise the importance of fostering an environment where individuals from all backgrounds can thrive and contribute their unique perspectives.

Business Development

As a Black Caribbean individual who grew up with a love for electronics and technology, I have a unique perspective through my lifelong experience with the insidious nature of racism, unwavering passion, and a commitment to promoting diversity within the work environment and wider communities.

By actively championing diversity, I aim to bridge the representation gap, dismantle barriers and create opportunities for underrepresented groups to enter and excel in a borderless world.

As a businessman, I aim to create a company that ensures a more inclusive and equitable future, where technology serves as a catalyst for positive change by reinventing the past for a better future.
